To request this service, please purchase the attached listing and include the name of your wig in the order notes.
 
After your purchase:
I will send you the mailing address.
Please ship your wig within 3 days of purchasing the restyle service.
If available, use the original black or white box your unit arrived in when shipping it back.
 
Once your unit is received, I will:
Shampoo and deep condition the wig.
Professionally restyle the unit.
Ship it back to you within 3 business days.

If the wig returned is not a wig originally purchased from HeirdressHair, you will be responsible for providing a return shipping label. If the return label is not received within 48 hours of being notified of the discrepancy, the wig will be discarded and the order will be considered closed.
